Job Description for  HR Executive 

1. Job Title :

Executive- HR & Admin

2. Department /

HR & Administration

3. Reporting to :          

GM (HR&Admin)

4. Job Description/ Responsibility :

·        Administrating the various HR policies & procedures of the company.

·        Prepare HR planning and strategies

·        Maintain recruitment procedure (Recruitment, Assessment, Selection, Appointment, personnel data entry, Joining letter, ID card & service book etc).

·        Dealing with separation process and final settlement.

·        Prepare monthly attendance report and monthly salary sheet &report

·        Prepare individual role, job descriptions and appraisal the Performance of the employee

·        Conduct survey for Training Needs Assessment (TNA), prepare yearly training calendar and conduct the training accordingly

·        Prepare Safety Health & Environment (SHE) strategies to develop safe work environment

·        Handle employee’s grievance & disciplinary action and drafting of office order, different circular and disciplinary letters

·        Monitor the administrative activities of logistics, House-keeping, Medical, Security and Transport.

·        Perform all other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

5. Knowledge & Skill :

Knowledge :

·        Good knowledge on Labor Law 2006& Rules 2015.

·        Good knowledge in following area: General HR, payroll, Attendance, leave management, Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection, Organization development, HR database management.

Skills :

·        Good communication & presentation skills.

·        Strong interpersonal skill.

·        Special skill Microsoft office applications.

6. Qualification :

·        MBA /Masters in any discipline.

·        BBA & MBA from HRM will be given preference.

·        PGDHRM will be counted as an added advantage.

7. Experience :

·        1 to 3 years.

·        Fresher also canapply.

8. Age:

·        At least 24  years (s)

09. Salary :

·        Negotiable

10. Other benefit :
